Saints pass defense left a lot to be desired today.  However, I think they can put up points on the Indy pass defense.

It's a great matchup on paper.

I was a clumsy sports obsessed 9 year old that cried like a baby when Gary Anderson shanked it wide left. Now, sitting in my dorm room watching the game with some of my friends, I feel like part of me just died. Honestly, there will never EVER be a better chance for the Vikings to get the monkey off their backs. I don't know what it is..but there is a curse somewhere. Wow...thats all I can say right now..

Chief, it is beyond disgusting, I dont believe in curses but this feels as close to one as it gets. Now I need to pray that somehow Favre will come back for one more year which I dont think he will..it was miraculous he stayed healthy for entire season..There is not enough beer and wine to drown my sorrows right now- UGH

I know you don't want to believe it now, but eventually you'll get to celebrate.  Look at the Red Sox.

Hell, look at the Pats.  They went from being the worst franchise in sports to being a 3 time champ and perennial contender.
Yup

I'm so happy that the Saints won. now, i don't hate the Vikings or the Colts, but 2 weeks of Manning vs. Farve talk would've made me sick.

Yea, I am very scared that everyone expects this to be a great matchup. That is usually a recipe for a blowout.

Sweet revenge at Brett Favre for throwing that interception in '07 to allow the Giants to go to the Super Bowl in '07!!!!  :) :) :)

Why is that? Everyone expected a good game in the NFC title game, and it turned out to be just that.

Thanks Redz, I appreciate it that..can we borrow your football coach for 1 season with Favre and our D? With Childress, I just dont believe it can happen.

You guys will win it sooner or later with the core of players you guys got... And you guys probly will draft a QB in the draft who will be pretty good and improve as the season goes along and if the Jets can get to the AFC Championship with Sanchez you guys can definitely get to a super bowl with a rookie quater back...

Except that the Patriots will be winning it for many years to come (hopefully).

But ne ways the Vikings are gonna be a very good team next year and have another chance at winning the Superbowl and quite frankly very well can.

Sure Favre may or may not have blew the game in your opinion...and I absolutely hate the way my Vikes lost today..hate hate hate hate hate (would have rather lost by 1000 or everyone being banned for steroids), but you have to respect how he took the beating he did today. He got up everytime after getting absolutely blasted. Love him or hate him..one of the toughest qb's I have ever seen.

He's definitely gutsy.  I'll give him that.

I thought he was done after the backside hit to his knees. Call him a b*ch, cry baby, or whatever you want. That is a full blown man right there. I have all the respect in the world for that guy.

He plays hurt better than any QB I've ever seen. I wouldn't be surprised if his ankle was fractured on that hit.

Do the Vikes draft a QB and hope Favre mentors him for a year? I know, I know, he refused for Rodgers but maybe he's grown up a little.
