Still, I don't understand Iverson going after some of the also-ran point guards that were taken in the last two rounds.

That said, neither I, nor the fans at MSG can get excited about A.I. being awarded to a repossessed franchise.

P.S. I haven't picked in five days.

I almost took him over duhon, but he just isn't preforming playing this year, and he has huge baggage.

That's more accurate. His performance has slipped, but it could be attributable to his issues with the coaching staff and system. There isn't much room for a PG who can't shoot in a Jim O'Brien system.

Still, his numbers are down, but he's better than some of the guys who have been picked before him. Getting him in a new scenario might be what it takes to get him back to 12pts, 6asts and an incredibly maddening offensive skillset (lots and lots of terrible fade away jumpers).

Right, but thats a tough sell in a fantasy draft.

How many voters will be swayed by the best case scenario?

Sadly, there's no voting, so there won't be any petty catfights on the forums this time around. I'll miss it greatly.
You didn't see the carnage it caused in full.....

I wasn't a moderator at the time and I wasn't involved in the draft at all until the playoff voting. But reading through the blow by blow accounts was a  :o.

go big or go home is what i say
Or in Gilbert Arenas' case go to jail.

Hey Andre miller is still a free man. He was my point guard ;)
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

People spent so much time creating their team that when another criticised their squad it caused heated discussions. Knowing from experience it does not feel good when other people (unnecessarily) bash your team.
Am I glad I did it? Absolutely. Did I wish people were nicer to my team? of course. Did it make me happy when people apologized for doubting my team after the season started? you betcha.

Well I just want to be the first person to apologize to the Portland Cronats. Honestly, we should've just absolutely realized that Micheal Redd was 100% healthy, that Manu would have his best season since 2002. On top of that we should have known that Shaquille was going to build on last year in Phoenix, not regress, or that Rashard Lewis would prove to be the same versatile game changer he was last season. I mean...we just should've known these things would happen!

Wait a minute......NONE of those things happened!

Haha.  In hindsight, I think I'm picking Evantime's team to make it out of the West, and probably Orlando in the East (although I haven't really analyzed things much).

Is Josh Howard still stinking it up? Yes? Then I need more time.

I was gonna kick off the mid-way point reevaluation --- if you're interested helping PM me... I don't know if i need to get a MOD involved or not.

I was basically thinking that instead of rehashing everything that each time could could answer some basic questions about what's changed in the 1st 1/2 of the season. I have a spreadsheet with the teams and it's interesting to see how much some teams have been affected -- or which players in particular...

But lets get through the Pick2 draft first, TP Roy for a 2week game.
