Roy,
I'm first up in the next round.  Selecting any time after midnight is valid--correct?

Since the round is completely done, I say just go for it now.  It's a slight modification of the rules, but drafting now doesn't hurt anything.
Seizing the initiative, the Utah Salties select with the 1st pick of the 7th round, TJ Ford.

thanks, he should help provide some rest for Deron and maybe try a little Deron/TJ experiment in the backcourt with Deron playing SG on defense.

Nice pick.  His coach is down on him right now, but I'm still a believer in Ford.  He was probably the most talented player left on the board, although I guess you wonder how he's going to handle a backup role.

Since it's a fantasy league, he'll handle it "fantastically"!   ;D

I was hoping he would fall to 8th pick of the round

He's excellent value this late and a starting caliber player being picked in the 7th round
Pick 2 Knicks

SG: Ray Allen, Anthony Parker, Quentin Richardson
SF: Grant Hill, Matt Barnes, D
PF: Zach Randolph, Kenyon Martin, Jon Brockman, Dante Cunningham

Agreed, although I'd be more concerned about Ford's durability than his attitude. He's handled his demotion this season pretty well, all things considered.

Still, I always have the feeling he's playing on borrowed time. One more bad spill or inadvertent collision and he could be done. I realize that's not necessarily fair to say, but I can't help it.

Still, I don't understand Iverson going after some of the also-ran point guards that were taken in the last two rounds.

That said, neither I, nor the fans at MSG can get excited about A.I. being awarded to a repossessed franchise.

P.S. I haven't picked in five days.

I almost took him over duhon, but he just isn't preforming this year, and he has huge baggage.

considering he's about the only starting-quality player left on the board, I'm pretty pleased with getting him at this point.  He'll more than do for a backup pg.

Couldn't have done it without you Lucky!  ;)

The Pigs have a 8 and a 10.  Looking to trade up (but have no delusions of trading up in the top half of the 7)  PM me if you are interested in an extra pick.
