Hahaha Rondo is either half alien or he has suckerpads on his hands.

Though Sheed sometimes looks a step slow on 1on1 defense, i love that he has such long arms with very quick and active hands. Those are little plays he makes that are helping this team a lot.

I love this new thing lately where he switches sides that the ball is on about 4 times while he is up in the air.

Dallas are a good-to-very good team but they're not a contender.

Their offense desperately needs a true second option to play alongside Dirk Nowitzki.

OK, FTs start to become a bit of an issue in this game...

Ray looks like a different player with rested legs. If he could have 3-4 days off between every game, he'd still be an elite player.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Man, almost a perfect half. Just wish we would've hit more free throws. 4/11. Only issue I saw.

Well, a 9 point lead is not enough for me. Had we hit our freebies would be up by 20... and had Scal hit that 3 the Mavs would never have recovered. :P

We gave the Mavs hope with Perk missed free throws and the Dirk layup. Hope we get on their throats in the third instead of making a repeat of the Atlanta game!

The West is weak =- one contender (Lakers) and a bunch of pretenders.

I think Dirk has a loaded elbow pad.

I'll give you three numbers and you have to guess which one is FGM-A, which one is 3PM-A and which one is FTM-A:

55.0%   36.4%   28.6%

  • It's not hard to work hard.
Don't like the FT%, but that will average out.  Solid half defensively, we're moving the ball well and are clearly the better team.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."
