What's scal body fat %? dude gets paid big bucks for that body.

It really can't be that high. He does workout probably more then just about anyone on this board by being on an nba team. He just doesn't have much definition and is really pale so it makes him look worse.

I'm worried that we'll be tired in the 2nd half---after playing big minutes yesterday.

Idiot Bennett Salvatore making sure the Hawks stick around to steal this game.

Why are you hating?

What do you mean with "Hate"?

Do you think people post in the game thread on Celticsblog and "hate" the team?

Is that Hip-Hop slang?
I'm not going to pretend to know anything of hip-hop slang. I do own an Eminem album though.

Does that make me "street"? :p

And yeh, I think some people do ;) but I corrected myself above, if you don't mind reading it a bit :)

Up 9 when we should be up 20 if the refs were calling the fouls of the Hawks... I'm disgusted.

I don't like the scenario of being on fire from three because we were Friday and went ice cold in the second half. Yet, the Celtics also attack the paint but get no calls so... I can't blame them.

The refs have to do their job on both sides of the or the Hawks will have a good chance of winning this game.

However, considering the Killer Mentality of the C's tonight... well, I don't know, we will see but the refs are ****ing me off.
I am betting the foul calling will even out in the 2nd half.  Call me an optimist.

Nice.  Pierce is definitely looking like he's back.
Quite honestly, until Pierce got going, I had forgotten about him due to Rondo and Scal playing out of their minds.  Then we come at them with the Captain.  Nice.

I dislike Brent Barry

TP, for anyone who can name the 1996 movie Brent made a cameo in.

Also, TP, if you can name all 3 of Brent's brothers?

No cheating!!!!!!!!

That's a huge achievement, impressive to do it by analyzing Scal's body fat! And it's worth a TP. ;D

-Good team effort rebounding finally.  Fortunately the hawks look a bit dead in this department.

-Rondo & Pierce playing great.

-Scal is doing a great job defensively.

-Davis came off the bench and with the exception of one failed defensive rotation that resulted in a basket, he's playing great on both ends.

-Ray Allen is not playing well.  Defensively he's slow, but offensively he's moving in the wrong direction when the pick comes.  He should just step back half the time.  He's also handing the ball back to Rondo with like 2 seconds left on the shotclock.  If he wakes up at all and plays well this game could be over.

-Benette Salvatore has always been my least favorite ref in the league simply because he is the most incompetent.  I can't stand the guy, and the Celtics as a whole are getting screwed by the refs.

I did, but you have to excuse me, I´m not an expert in hip-hop slang, either.

And yeah, I know it´s the internet, you never know who´s behind the avatar, but that sounds a bit illogical, don´t you think?

In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

He may not have great definition, but I'll bet he's pretty darn strong and in better shape than I've ever been or will ever be.

Though I do have the protective advantage of more skin pigmentation.

I've always despised Brent Barry.  Thank god we aren't playing the Spurs because Brent is the biggest San Antonio homer I've ever seen.

C's 8 for 11 from deep --- Scal is having the game of his life.  Rondo is dominating. Pierce is hot from the outside.

And the C's are up only 9 points how is that possible???  10 turnovers and poor rebounding is why.

Third quarter is the normal letdown time, the C's have to keep this going tonight. a 9 point lead isn't much for as dominating as the first half appeared to be...
If your posts are based on facts..... then how are the Celtics rebounding poorly when their top two PFs are out of the game and they are outrebounding the Hawks 21-16??

That signals an outstanding rebounding job by the players playing, if you ask me.
