It's true that playing Billy can't hurt us tonight, I wonder why Doc doesn't play him.

But come on people... Doc has already played 10 players in the game... so let's stop the Billy nonsense.

If a player is going to be more effective than one already playing, then the bench can NEVER be too deep. I just don't subscribe to that philosophy of "Already played ten so can't play another" ... what's the bench for? In a situation like this, where you've got nothing to lose, give the guy a chance ... he can't be any WORSE than Scal.

That's not the point. The point is that if anything they could've simply inserted JR, Tony, or Ray back in if what was on the floor wasn't working. Going to an 11th player wasn't needed.

I disagree, because Walker is a much better match-up than Scal - he's faster, longer and more athletic - so play Walker first, if he's inaffective, then try Scal as a last resort, not the other way around.
Walker is not a better match up to play defense on Hedo.

I agree.

If there is a matchup that is tailor-made to throw Scal out there for defensive purposes, this may be against this Toronto team.  Playing against big men who float on the perimeter.

This is a good team matchup to throw Scal out there.

This has been a masterful game by Ray Allen, he's running the offense in addition to become the complete focal point of our offensive sets. All while still running around off screen after screen.

Now we just need to hold onto the lead while Ray sits.

This is the time in the game to get nervous about.  Through the first few minutes of the 4th.

Tread water.

He is playing a solid game especially ball handling wise.  He is however 3 for his last 17 from three point range...

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

BBD got bailed out there, he had House wide open at the 3 point line.

Still can't argue with two FTs from an offensive possession.

Yes, he IS ... Scal is so unathletic and slow that I have trouble believing Doc would play him at ALL. Please, explain to me all these skills and talents that Scal has, because I have NEVER seen them, and I've been watching very closely. He is a detriment to this team at BOTH ends of the floor.

Great off the ball foul by Scal when he wasn't even involved in the play.

And what does that have to do with today's game? He's scored 16 points on 8 shots, 5-8 from the field. (0-2 from 3)
