I think I'd say "25-6", smile and ask "how about you guys?"

I think you are giving Clipper fans too much credit.  I'm pretty sure they wouldn't understand what 23-6 means, much less what the Clips actual record is.  They were just rubbing it in, and there's really nothing I could do but walk out and not say a word ... otherwise, I'm pretty sure I would've gotten in a fight.  I'm p---ed at the C's for doing this to me two years in a row.

I also have a bad feeling about tomorrow night.  2nd night of back-to-back against an athletic team with nothing to lose.  Hopefully, I'm dead wrong.

Again, Clipper fan here- most of those guys were probably Laker fans.

Clipper fans have nothing against the Celtics. Period, end of story.

It's the other guys in our city you guys have problems with.

The refs gave more time than there was left on the shotclock but they gave the Celtics some help in the end with dubious calls so I won't complain about it. Especially when you consider that Boston led by 11 points in the 3rd and simply failed to execute down the stretch.

Give the Clippers some credit too, they wanted hard to beat us and they succeeded.

First of all, C's deserved to lose....the play in which they didn't have Butler covered for the three was the turning point

That being said, the refs looked at the replay and decided the foul on Rondo came with 1.5 left, however the clock does not stop
until the ref blows his whistle, which could not have happened at the exact moment of the foul, unless it was anticipated

EDIT: DIDNT SEE THE ABOVE POST, Agree 100%

Refs are human. It shouldn't come down to extra .3   We gave the game away in the first 3quarter. When you have a team down, you stomp on their heads and finish the job.

Agree, we deserved to lose... but "refs are human"????????????

Guess what, VIDEO REPLAY IS NOT!  I have never seen a game in recent memory where the refs just decided how much time to add without looking at the video at the scorer's table.  I didn't watch the game, did anyone see if they checked it after or before the free throws?  They didn't cost us the game and yes, some calls could go either way with the "refs are human" excuse.  But not the time on the clock.  That has no room for human error.

excellent point and my thought exactly at the time. i'm not blaming the loss on the refs, but this should just be elementry.
