They're toying with them.  To hell with the jumpers, just pass and cut, they can't keep up with it.  MILK IT!

keep chucking, orlando. they're going to be chucking even more in the second half because they'll be down double digits. this will either be a blow out or the threes will keep them in this game. live by it.. die by it.

To quote myself from earlier: How can Dwight Howard have been in the league so long and have such horrible one-on-one offensive moves? They are non-existent. Perk had none when he came in the league, he has worked at it and now he is a very good post player. I know Ewing works with Howard but apparently he is a horrible student. Just no moves, post-up or facing the basket.

It is embarassing how bad he is at creating his own shot.

Great D by Perk --- staying aggressive but not picking up his 3rd foul.  Absolutely amazing to see the C's up by double digits with ZERO contribution from KG, Ray, Eddie or any of the normal top scorers.

In all fairness the Magic are playing terrible and missing open looks at times but the hustle and energy on defense by the C's is admirable.

The Celtics are going to need at least one scorer to step up in the second half to win this game though.  KG or Ray need to at least show up on offense at some point...

Outstanding defensive effort by C's, taking Orlo out of rhythm.
And with the ball, Rondo is slicing and dicing.

his athleticism and size are the only two things keeping him in the nba.

I don't get it either.
Dwight with post moves is like rondo with sniper-like jumper: simply unstopable

Let's make a quick resume here : +11 at halftime with KG and Ray combined for 5 points and Rajon with 6 turnovers... and no Paul Pierce. :o

Awesome D by Boston, the best we've seen so far. Perk and Rondo are killers and Howard can do nothing against Perk.

Watch the foul trouble, keep up the D, be more efficient on offense and this game will be ours. The Magic will probably hit their open shots in the second half but they haven't got a lot so far.

Keep up the great effort C's, we know they haven't done it 3 quarters in a row this season already but now is the time.

Really excited after the first half though. :)

TP.
Rondo has ZERO assists, 99% sure that's the first half he's gone without an assist this season (correct me if I'm wrong there).

If KG or Ray can just be a factor, this won't be that close of a game. When in doubt, Orlando just chucks it up and Perk/Sheed can Dwight inside. We just need to get some of our guys goin.

Who is the defensivve player of the year? Looks like Perk is getting the best of Howard again.

Can we get Garnett going offensively? If we can get something going on the block with whoever Lewis is gaurding, we can blow them out. Of course, that means we will have to keep up the D.
