Am I the only one feeling relieved by the Cavs' blowout win against the Lakers?
Cavs fans are cheering since the win and claiming that they now have the proof that they are contenders, that Shaq's addition is huge, that Ilgauskas and Shaq are a deadly combo against Orlando and L.A.
The great thing is that, barring a tough stretch of losses, the Cavs will once again think they have all the pieces needed to win a championship... and thus won't make a trade for Jamison or another good player.
So basically, the more they feel good about their chances against L.A and Orlando, the more the chances that they stay put with their current roster improve.
Which is good for us. I don't think that the Cavs can't win a playoff series against us, you never know, but I'm sure that when healthy we have the edge on them since we are mentally tougher and have all the pieces to matchup well with them (and a better bench).
Keep rolling against good teams, Cleveland, it's all good.
