When will the C's get dominant at home again?

They seem too comfortable at home. Maybe they need to be pushed a little more. Maybe Doc is giving too many days off when they are home. I just don't get it, but they have not looked good at home for most of the season, even during their victories.

When they decide to ... they can play their best whenever they set their minds to it. They come out lukewarm at home because they think it's a given that this is their house and a win should be easy. I'm honestly not worried, because when they decide to take the "wake-up call" seriously, they will make the proper adjustments and play the way they need to in order to reclaim their home court ... and you can bet that if WE know the importance of it, they CERTAINLY do!

I think they'll get there soon. Last season they weren't really dominant at home either so I'm being a little optimistic here. I think they're getting over the slow starts problem and once they figure out the not fall asleep on the wheel after a lead bit they'll be fine. They got it together on the road so I'm sure the level of play at home will catch up.

Friday night games have been a horror for them and not so coincidentally, the Friday night crowds have been horribly quiet and dead. I went to two of the Friday night games and the crowds were awful. They were late in arriving in much of the loge seats and really quiet.

Probably has nothing to do with anything but the Garden was a raucous place to be on a Friday night game but during the 2005-06 through 2007-08 seasons.

You're right, Nick, Friday crowds can be pretty weak, but I have to say, watching the replay at 2, I specifically watched and listened to the crowd, and it was LOUD ... especially in the 4th.

being a season ticket holder and going to a large # of games, i can tell u that the crowd tends to feed off of the team's performance.  when they blow a 15 point lead, there is a let down, but there are also points where the crowd attempts to get loud and motivate the team.  not saying i agree with it, as i wish it were loud/intense all game.
