Bad night for the defense.

Good night for the offense.

Another Win in the books for the Cs.

Memphis has a nice team.

I hate the idea of having Pierce bring it up and work off 17 seconds of the shot clock without anything happening.  Nothing develops and we end up settling for rushed jumpers.  Luckily Ray hit that 3 but I hated the possession.

If you'd said that to my face while I was still celebrating the shot (and I was) I would have slapped you in the face, then picked you up and danced with you while shouting RAY RAY RAY FOR THREE!!

If there's one thing Celticsblog needs more of, it's joyous face-slapping.

That's my ballgame bro'! ;)

This as a nice win.  'D' was not great, but 'O' was on all night long.  Griz looked good.  But I still hate Chris Wallace for the Gasol trade.  I don't buy that it's turning out to be a good trade for Memphis -- he gave a championship (at least one) to that team.

These grizzlies are talented and good. Better than what I've seen from the Thunder. Can't believe I'm about to say this, but, Zach Randolph, is great for this team. Apparently they love him in Memphis and he loves them. The square peg finally found a square hole.

I 100% agree. I live a few hours from Memphis and this game makes me want to go see the young Grizzlies play some more. I wonder when Denver is coming to Beale St.

Looking at the stat line. The good Tony showed up. And the good Sheldon. Scal on the pine. Works for me.

I wish Memphis makes the playoffs. That frontline could make Fakers life miserable.

Griz a dangerous team..very. Looks like Zach has turned the corner. I'm happy for the guy.

Glad we have 11 in a row...this train just keeps on moving. And solid, focused play by TA.

Nice little break before our next game, too.

Well now.

I'm absolutely knackered and I got a long day tomorrow with work and basketball practice after that.

Oh man, what a night. Now I gotta try and sleep for two hours, while high on Raydrenaline. (see what I did there? :p)

Man.

Thanks all, was a good game-thread again. Have fun celebrating, and/or have a good time sleeping!

I agree about Randolph.  Man, I thought they were crazy and desperate to bring him in, but it's nice that it is working.

Now go Minnesota!

Come on guys, I don't have fancy mathematical or any observational data but it's clear we are the worst 20-4 team in NBA history  ;D.

Haven't been here in a while but i'm back to say this...

I made a statement about a month ago that read "I'll be surprised if the Celtics can even beat the Grizzlies" (when the c's were struggling). I'm not eating my words just saying the Celtics are now a legit team for this year. Personally I believed a while back that the Memphis  Grizzlies game was the ultimate test for the C's (you guys witnessed my point tonight).  ;) Good win for the C's ;D

p.s. Wallace have better start hitting those threes consistently... :(
