Rondo is feeling it.  He got sick with it on that last play.  Totally created that last few free throw attempts for Perk.

Ray playing some big first half minutes. Due to Marquis being out or Doc trying to get him into the 20,000 club as soon as he can? I bet it's the latter

He's been doing it ever since he had an amazing game a few seasons ago and realized after it was upside down.  Since then its a superstition thing with him.  It's always upside down.

And here's the rest of the stuff:

Quote
For one thing, he wears his headband upside down.

"The first year I was in the league, I wore it upside down and had a pretty good game, and I didn't know it was upside down until I looked in the mirror after the game."

For another, he keeps a tube of Carmex lip balm tucked into his sock every time he plays.

"You know, my lips get dried during the game," he said.

You serious?

"Yeah, serious," Rondo said. "Ever since I started doing that, I've been playing well. A few guys know it. A few opponents will joke about it, say, 'Lemme get some Carmex.' So, a few people know. I guess everybody is going to know now."

As much as I like Scal (and I do) and as much as I know he has to get some time once in a while, the second unit just works so much better with Shelden in there banging. Most often it's House, Sheed, Ray/Pierce on the floor and with that much shooting (and hanging around the three point line) we need someone to get dirty in the paint and Williams has shown he is happy to do that.

First game on my new monitor, and I like what I see.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Donny and Greg, time for some disgusting taste to be shoved down my throat.  Yuck.

That reminds me, I was listening to the pregame show on the radio tonight.  FIrst time I tuned in to Grande and Max this season.  Their pregame show is straight up phenomenal and blows the comcast guys out of the water (even without visual replays to back them up.)

They are so good.

Washington is 3rd or 4th best rebounding team in the league? Right now we have the advantage 20-8. And 6-2 on the offensive boards. Not bad for a team who can't rebound
