I'll be there, seated way up in the roof somewhere - if you say this beforehand and are going as well, feel free to PM/email me - I'd be happy to chat for a bit before the game with any fellow green brethren...

Yes I will.

You know where you're going to be sitting?

Not near my tickets right now, though I'm somewhere up in the 400s.  I'll look it up for sure in the morning.

I should be there about when the doors open for warm-ups - if you want to chat in person at some point, drop me a PM/email - I'll happily shoot you my cell #, Tai.

Heh, my college is providing the tickets, so I won't know where I'll sit until Gameday.

I live in Seattle, but I usually visit family in Boston during the holidays.  I'm going to be out there from December 18th-25th.

It's because of seeing this thread that I've now been sitting here for the last half hour debating whether or not it might be cool to take a bus/train with my cousins into NYC while I'm visiting.  How long does it take?  4 hours?  Maybe a really early train... hang out in the city for a day, spend the night...and train/bus back the next day...

I've never been to New York.  It has never crossed my mind that it's close enough to just take a train there.  I've traveled longer than 4 hours for ski trips...   I might just do it.  I'm inspired.  I imagine Christmas time would be a good time to check it out.  lol

As much as it the Celts' performance was disappointing, this still must have been a great game to see, especially from enemy territory.

It sure was - and oddly, it wasn't exactly in enemy territory.  The noise during the introductions was bout twice as loud for the Celtics as for the Knicks, and nearly my entire section went to its feet in delight after KG's shot.

In any event, seeing the winner from the roof of MSG...awesome!

Yep, sure was. Met Steve at halftime (and promptly told him about how I expected a better start against the Knicks of all people  ::)) and did notice that Celtic Nation came out to rep in MSG overall. I wasn't afraid to be livid when I saw that offensive foul on Ray Allen; maybe I just didn't care about raging because that was my 2nd time at MSG in around 12 days (went to Warriors/Knicks game on Nov 13, actually).

Definitely had a good time. Good to see Steve and Rida did too, and it's too bad I didn't get to meet you, Rida. :)
