Those silly, addictive $20 games that MSN.com pushes out once a week.  Zuma, Luxor, Bejeweled, Peggle...

Those Smoking Gun's "World's Dumbest Criminals"-type shows on TruTV.  Todd Bridges, Danny Bonaduce, all those guys...  hi-larious.

Wife and I actually just bought ourselves a Wii for Christmas, so that instead of watching those dumb shows we can play Mario Cart together.  Still just mindless entertainment, but not subtracting IQ points by the minute.

Lady Gaga's music. I find her to be weirdo yet, her crappy music is like crack, you know you shouldn't, but you do.

I definitely have the video game thing and agree with MTV reality tv. I also am especially addicted to chewy, fruity candy...

But my worst, and possibly the worst on this board, is that I watch (and have for the past 16 years) Days of Our Lives. Yeah, that is shameful...

A couple times a year I break out the Remy Martin XO Centaure and have a couple. Never know when. Never know why but it is definitely my guilty pleasure.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

video games like pretty much everyone else has said.  Also, crime solving TV shows like the FBI Files, Forensic Files, stuff like that.  I let them build up on my DVR for a while and once i find a free saturday where I just feel like doing absolutely nothing, I just watch em all.

Well, it's not video games for me as I haven't played one since Asteroids and Pac Man.

But, I do have to admit a penchant for singing in my car. And I often sing to old classic crooners like Dean Martin, Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, Sammy Davis, Jr., Perry Como...  And I sound pretty darn good, too!

BTW -- Indeed Proceed, when I'm not crooning, I also find myself practicing my rustic British tones along with Eric Burden  -- big fan of House of the Rising Sun.

I'm with the OP on this.  There's a couple of reality shows that I like, and some of them are just downright entertaining, that I'm not even embarrassed about, but there's one, on MTV, that I'd be embarrassed to fess up to.  Actually, there's a blogger that writes a pretty amusing recap the day after it airs every week that's more entertaining than the dumb show, where he pretty much slams everything that goes on in the show.
