LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- The hearing for ex-NBA star Antoine Walker regarding his unpaid gambling debts and outstanding casino markers resulted in a continuance, as his representatives say negotiations with the casinos involved are underway. But the latest high-profile case concerning the use of casino loans by celebrities is causing questions about the practice to arise.

I hope something is done about this.  While Toine is to blame for letting things spiral out of control, the Casinos don't exactly help matters when they "encourage" people to spend more than they have....  :(

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Well it depends how you look at it. Should banks be allowed to give mortgages to people who can't afford to pay them back?

As long as it's legal, the casinos are just being run of the mill scumbags.
