I am watching some Youtube videos instead of cleaning my house.  All I gotta say is Japanese are very creative with their pranks.  Here are some good ones I've found.

The premises on this one is that the guy on a white shirt (the one being pranked) is there to conduct an interview when it horribly goes wrong.  This one is just mean and extremely well done.

Watch this one, they try to get people inside a bucket of hot water.  Watch all the different ways they do it (the last one is the funniest).
