Call me a conspiracy theorist. He's not attacking the rim what so ever. Rondo wants to lead the league in assists and steals. How else can you explain 10 FTA in 9 games? His best offensive weapons are points in the paint. He won't get accolades by scoring points, but he will if he leads the league in Assists and Steals.

That would be 10 free throws in 10 games -- even worse.

Well if this is true then he'd better get crackin'. We need his offense.

And he needs to get better defensively, too. For someone with his physical gifts he should be dominating nearly every PG he faces.

I'm tired of having a point guard that can't shoot ANY sort of jump shot.

Geez, more of the Rondo roller coaster. Heck, I am happy that he is so unselfish on a team w/ so many offensive threats. I know tonight we could have used more scoring, but if he keeps playing like he has, this team will be just fine. If he leads the league in assists and steals, you will see very few complaints from me...

He can buy it with $55 millions. I hate to bash Rondo, but its ridiculous for a point-guard not be able to shoot. He can get 4-6 easy layups a game if he wants to. But leading the league in assists and steals gets you national recognition.

Rondo's got enough money to even hire Jordan as a shooting coach, this is silly he hasn't solved this problem. A PG that can shoot and avg something like C-bill's 19/5/6.5 would bring us to the finals in a flash.

he is shooting at 60% but he can't drive to the hole and can't hit jumpshots. Not sure how he is getting 11 points a game.

Layups, layups, and then some more layups while the opposition is paying attention to Pierce, Allen, and Garnett.

So he is taking it to the hole.

I'm more concerned with his rebound numbers, out of everything. He just isn't hitting the glass as hard right now, and with our struggles there we could really use 6-8 boards from him nightly.. which he's more than capable of.

Not taking it to the hole. For the most part, he is getting layups when a teammate finds him underneath unguarded. It has happened numerous times this season because the opposing team is not really guarding him. If he was taking it to the hole aggressively, he would have well more than 10 free throw attemts.

I can't recall that happening more than a couple times in any game this year. Any decent defensive team isn't going to allow that to happen more than twice.

6-8? He's not a center. He'll be getting you 4-5 rebounds per game on a typical night, and  that's it.
