Sheldon turned in another solid effort, although most of his mins were in GT.

1.  Simmons suggesting that KG's lack of hops was permanent (he is paranoid about it);

Gotta say, other than that I liked Simmons out there. Partly because he didn't make a single pop culture reference, but mostly because you could see he really got Hubie Brown's interest, and Hubie was very impressive in his knowledge.  Of course I never doubted Hubie knew the game inside and out, but things like instantly knowing the Bulls had the most back-to-backs in the league?  Crazy to see how sharp and on top of things Hubie still is.

Just got back and have to say the dark lord must have been creaming himself because there were stormtroopers and Boba Fetts all over the Garden tonight advertising the new musical Star Wars that will be playing at the Garden next week.

Then the C's open a can of whoop ass and never looked back. Talk in the lines at halftime was that if the refs hadn't decided that they wanted their relatives to see them in at least 10 close ups each on national television, the score would have already been out of control in the first quarter.

Rondo was brilliant. His two offensive rebounds in the third quarter and like 6 consecutive trips with an assist were magnificent. Ray, Pierce and Eddie were all money from deep, Williams was a second team beast, and the refs kept the Celtics big guys quiet most of the night with a ton of BS calls.

Fun night until the very end. TPs coming to everyone here.

I don't know a lot about Hubie Brown, but I do remember he took a vastly inferior team (Grizzles) to the playoffs twice. It takes a great coach to take a team lead by soft Gasol to the playoffs two consecutive years. Off course they got swept twice.

I was at the game--

we made a playoff team look like the Charlotte Bobcats. It was extreme ownage for basically the whole game.

There were several instances were I was just embarassed for a Bulls player because we made him look so bad.

Example: Taj Gibson gets alley-ooped on by KG and Rondo, and then has to save face by shoving KG in the back on the very next play when Rondo and KG try it again.... shades of Tyson Chandler, running his mouth down 36 in ALL the Bulls players tonight, especially Noah (who I got embarrassed for when he tried to be all tough and strip Perkins and cause a scene, only to slap weakly at the ball and not even knock it out of his hands, get a technical, and be roundly and jeeringly booed by the crowd.

Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Thought the same thing about Hubie, the man knows basketball and is very very sharp about pretty much everything there is to know.

24 pages and about 75 TPs given out later.....all is good.

Walked out of the Garden dumbfounded as to just how good this team is. My son and I were walking out saying to each other, Glen Davis would have been playing the entire fourth quarter of playing time and last year he was their 2nd or 3rd most consistently good playoff performer.

On this team, Baby sits for 2 months and our fourth string PF starts throwing up double doubles. Shelden Williams is a former All American chosen fifth overall in a draft a few years ago and he's our fourth string PF. And he's throwing up 12/9 and 10/10 games like it's nothing!!!!

This team is scary good. They have a point differential of +23.33 right now. [dang]!!!

Rondo was great today running the team. When I complain about Rondo, please look to games like this to see what I want to see in a more consistent manner.

Just got back from the gym, watched the first three quarters on a ten inch screen while using the treadmill. Don't know who got beat down worse, the Bulls or me.

Woah, that's a ton of time on a treadmill...TP.
