When a reporter asks Garnett who the best power forward in the game is, he doesn't say himself.  He also doesn't say Tim Duncan or Dirk Nowitzki.  He says his team mate Rasheed Wallace is the best.

KG is the man.

  • There can only be one.
Most humble guy in the NBA? Perhaps. Love this guy.

Sure, except when he does it too much it starts to look like posturing.

He's really always said this, and he's also said that Rasheed is a mirror image of himself... so in a way he did say himself.

Hahah...nice answer.

It aslo has the virtue of being true from a pure talent and basketball IQ perspective.  Sheed can do anything any other top PF can do and then do stuff they can't.  He's just never had the drive to dominate others have.

I don't consider it posturing.  He actually makes a really strong argument for Rasheed being the best PF in the game.

It reminds me when he said that Rondo has the potential to be the best pg in the league.  That could happen, and some nights it is true.

It's always been said about Rasheed that he has HOF talent but never had the drive to realize it. So, if KG says he thinks Rasheed's the best PF in the game right now, then I'm cool with that.

We were supposed to be excited about Rasheed coming to Boston for a reason, weren't we?  :D

Yes, I'm making fun of Shaq's declaration that he and Z combined make the best center ever outside of Bill Russell.  0-2 baby.   ;)
