Last year I switched from NBA League Pass TV to NBA League Pass Internet, in order to save some $$.  I was disappointed with the quality of the Internet version, so decided to switch back. (also began to recover a bit from the recession)

I just found out that my subscription ($99) to the Internet League Pass was about to renew automatically. Unbeknownst to me, when I signed up last year, my subscription automatically would renew unless I affirmatively canceled it.  And let me tell you, it is not that easy to cancel, they make it rather tricky, IMO.

You must cancel by the end of this month in order to avoid being charge again for another annual subscription. I thought I would pass this along to you guys in case any of you are in the same boat.

I hate it when they do that.

A gym I used to go actually required you to send a letter by registered mail requesting them to cancel the membership.

I understand why they do it...but it certainly does not want me to sign up again with that gym, if there was one that was more convenient.

What's new Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.cat? When has it ever been easy to unsubscribe to anything? They always find a way to try to "stick it to you" if you as much as blink.
And someday in the midst of time,
When they ask you if you knew me
Remember that you were a friend of mine

I've been in a dispute with them for 2 weeks now.  I Purchased the full broadband league pass only to realize the next day that they have a cheaper version that let's you watch only 7 teams.  I opened a ticket with them (since they don't have a phone number) and selected the option of switching to the cheaper package (and getting a refund on the difference).

A week later they replied to the ticket by stating that they refunded the full package and that I'll need to buy the 7team only package.  Sounded good, except that I have not had the refund hit my bank account yet for several days.  I re-opened the ticket by not accepting their solution (it was an option) and informed them.  They replied that I was refunded, but I STILL have not seen it hit my bank records.  My bank literally shows all transactions within hours, including the original deduction of $134.00   I'm giving them until tomorrow afternoon, and them I'm filing a major complaint with them.

You probably have to open a "ticket" on their page.

It's automatic renewal but I was sent an email first for confirmation. You could always press no, and cancelling it gets you a full refund.

This is more of a warning for those who don't check their email that often.
