Rondo is worth 9 . Absolutely non existant less than 5 minutes of the game. His lack of shooting becomes really apparent then.

He should come into his sense and take the 9 million per year

Yeah we should probably bench him for Lester Hudson in the final five minutes. Doc hasn't got a clue.

Lester might be worth 12... I think he could shoot much better than Rondo in the final five minutes.

One thing I'm gonna say:

When LeBron had a chance to make it a one score game late in the 4th, he took a deep three and missed it.

When Paul Pierce had to stretch the lead, he nailed both jumpers from the top of the key, hit all his free throws, and then sauced the Cavs with a fade away from the left elbow (extended).

One of these players came through for his team.

The other had some flashy blocks.

Let's reflect.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

you must be one of those clueless homers that lurks around in these thread. Whats next rondo is a better shooter than hudson?

never stated hudson should play but if he did, he would do the same thing rondo does for offense which is carry the ball , pass it to perk, pierce or kg and get out of the way. At least hudson can shoot the ball

You don't know that... Don't get me wrong, I love Lester Hudson, but he has proven absolutely nothing in the NBA. He played well in the preseason. If you watch the mix on youtube of basically everything he did in the preseason you will see that he actually faced somebody trying to defend him like twice. It was the preseason, he was taking open shots.

What does that matter? I'll tell you what he has done... led a team of 3 allstars to a championship in their first year together. Second year together, one of them goes down... he stepped up and filled the role as the 3rd star averaging a triple double in a series in the playoffs. He does exactly what is asked of him, he is constantly improving. I saw an improvement in his shooting tonight, and I only expect it to get better. It's pretty silly to think that Lester would do any better, buddy.

how about an open shot with lebron in front of his face. Gabe pruitt would have whizzed in his pants. He can shoot, there is no doubt about it. Lets just see what happens when he gets a chance on the court.

LeBron in his face... are you kidding me? That was the least effort I have ever seen LeBron put into defense. Why are we talking about Gabe Pruitt? No doubt Lester is better than Pruitt... We were talking about him playing the last 5 minutes over Rondo last time I checked, who happens to be a player who can hold his own against LeBron, even when he does put in the effort. Lester is not there yet.

YES aside from that...we're looking for things we can point out as flaws....duh....

you're ruining my argument by citing facts. Stop.

I like rondo but i've come to realize and accept he won't be able to shoot steadly anytime soon.(that brick shot in the late quarters to stop the bleeding hurt my eyes). That brings him all sorts of challenges on the court and downs his confidence everywhere else in his play, just like how it would for a pf who can't rebound.

Rondo wants 12 million but its just being greedy. He should take the 9 million per year. No need to get riled up

It's ok---just don't let it happen again.

As I was saying before, Gabe Pruitt is a bum and he shouldn't have been in the game because Rondo can't shoot and Lester Hudson is Jesus. This is simple stuff here people, gall.

well i wonder if you were watching the same game as i do, but rondo grabbed a few crucial rebounds and kept the ball alive on some possessions. plus his defense on mo was good. you dont have to score to be effective
