Whatever happened to the "I don't shake hands with someone who's just beaten me" thingy? Liar.  ;D

Just another win but in Cleveland, this has to be huge for the C's who haven't won in Cleveland in years.

I was just pondering this. When was the last time we won in Cleveland?

2004!

Great great win. So glad that we won in Cleveland and made a big statement in the first game.

Positives from the game :
the bench
the Captain
the passing game
Perk's jumpshot (will be a monster by April)
Marquis Daniels. Just GREAT

Negatives :
KG was not in shape in the second half
Big Three played too much (back to back tomorrow...)
Turnovers
Sloppy plays

Overall a great way to start the season. Now I've 4 hours of sleep before going to work, but I'm glad to have stayed awake for this win. Good night guys! ;D

Lets add in offensive rebounding from Rondo. I think that was a big part of this

59 pages! Is that a record?
Nah, you should look up some of the old Gerald Green threads.
(that was a joke)

TP for Perk, he did a good job on Shaq.

He did.  It looked bad at first, because the Cavs were hitting absolutely everything.  But, like with Dwight, the key is to push poor shooting big men away from the basket.  Very nice job by Perk.  Hat tip as well to Clifford Ray.

Ughh.. the timing of this ring ceremony is like driving out of a car wash and having a seagull drop a fresh one on your hood.

eddie house was ineffective tonite. Purely a 3 point specialist and energy guy. Doc will keep making mistakes playing him constantly in favour of hudson. Daniels and Wallace were awsome signings no doubt

Hey, I thought Doc was just a robot that played the starters at the end of the game no matter who was hot.  Who knocked him out and put Rasheed Wallace in there?  Some people just won't be happy til they're miserable...

Haha, "10 championships in LA"

Nice pointing out how they're stealing from Minny everytime they mention themselves in the same sentence as the Celtics for NBA dominance.

If Quisy keeps on playing like he did tonight that addition will prove huge. Was digging what he adds to the team.

Master of the obvious here says what a GREAT win. Great defense and the captain steps up with the last 12 points of the game. Putting Sheed in the game made a huge difference in the offense in the last five minutes. Ncie move, Doc!

Please please please don't diminish the W against the Cavs by talking about the Lakers.  Please.  Pretty please.
