I think Garnett will have his number retired both here and Minnesota.

Im not ready to say Garnett gets retired here, he has really only played one full season you know?  Trust me, I hope he makes enough of an impact here to get his number retired over the next few years!

I would probably have to say Rondo over Perk though just because of everything Rondo can do and the potential he has to be one of the best pg's in the league for most of his career.

I'm going to say Danny Ainge.

You make a good point here and it's something to consider. However, KG was the center piece of a championship season... although he's only played 1 1/2 seasons...

Also, there is Rondo's looming RFA status and Ainge's willingness to trade him that could make one hesitant to list him as the next. I should have put "none of them" as an option.

Hmm interesting... Do you have a mole or are you speculating?

Just speculation, based upon some things Wyc has said in the past.  Basically, Wyc's in favor of retiring the number from what I understand, but Danny has politely declined thus far.

If it isn't Ainge, I'll go with Pierce.

Ainge is going to have his number retired eventually. If he's GM long enough though he might wait until after Pierce has his number retired.

Garnett/Allen might have their numbers retired yet, but that would require 4+ years more of each and another title.

Why do you say that?

Extremely premature for any of those listed  :o and if Danny gets a number retired it will be for management skills he just didn't mean the same to the C's teams he played for as the others who have had their numbers retired.  ???

Thats like 12 years away, they'll throw someone up there before that.

right on the mark
for current players i'd say garnett has to play 5 season here to get his numbers hoisted
