Trade Idea - Williams for Sweetney

Well, *we* can't sign him to the D-League.  He could (and should) sign with an D-League squad, but we can't have any control over his rights unless he's signed to a Celtics contract (meaning that we would need a free roster spot now).  Any other team could sign him as a free agent.

Ideal is that he signs with a D-League affiliate, hopefully the Red Claws so that the C's have some input on coaching and can keep a close eye on him.  Hopefully his agent and the C's could come to a wink-wink/nudge-nudge agreement that if Sweetney gets an offer, they'll let the C's know and give Danny the option of making an offer of his own.  We did him the favors of Summer League and a camp invite; seems fair that they could (off the table, no paper trail) give us an informal right-of-refusal.
