Note that 12 Angry Men isn't the answer to the movie I am thinking of.  But, it is a very good film -- great performances and interesting courtroom drama (both these films).  You're a lawyer (right?) -- you'll probably notice inaccuracies given 'Hollywood' and the time these movies were made, but both are very good.   
And... still no one has provided the name of the movie I am looking for.

Yeah, I've seen 12 Angry Men several times.  I meant I looked up the answer to your question, and I hadn't seen that one.  In fact, somehow I'd never heard of it, despite being in a genre I tend to like.
