A guy like BBD has a naturally large frame and build, so he adds pounds and keeps them on pretty easily.
I'd stayed at someone's place w/ a BowFlex and in just a few short weeks, with even a small amount of the bench 'set up' and daily cable rowing, had caused my Lats, Calves, Delts, and Chest to expand quickly. When I have the floor space and some $2K to spend, I'll get my own. I can't imagine a professional athlete not staying in shape esp when their career depends upon it.
