Just found this exchange on Ray's Twitter. UConn42 is Donyell Marshall (his account is verified) :

I don't know how to take Ray's answer of "Would you consider going overseas?" when Donyell just said he would like to sign with the C's. It sounds like a "go there and try to find me" answer.

The "@" in front of "sugarray20" means that the message comes from Marshall and is addressed to Ray.

Same thing with "@UConn42" ; it's Ray talking to Donyell.

Drucci had a typo. I read the same conversation and Donyell actually said:

"Win it again and have doc call me in feb or march to get me on team lol so I can get a ring."

While I'm sure Donyell would love to be signed, I doubt he really thinks he'll be picked up by a contender.  I think he was just joking around about how he'd like to go along for the ride to pick up a ring.
