Anybody else been following this Mike Leach story that's been going on the last few days? Texas Tech just fired him "with cause effective immediately".
Pretty crazy stuff that seems to be of the "he said, she said" nature. One side you have a disgruntled player saying he was treated unfairly and locked in a room after he received a concussion. Add to that, the player's father happens to be one of the most beloved football players the state of Texas had had and current ESPN broadcaster Craig James.
Then, on the otherside, you have Leach as well as assistants and players who have rushed to his side stating that the player was disgruntled and had shown lack of effort in the past. Basically, presenting the idea of a player using his famous father's status to cry wolf since things weren't going his way.
