Team CelticsinOrlando and Make Me Some Bacon have agreed on a trade.  As most of you know, I have been pimping Brad Miller for a while now.  I have finally made a deal.

What do you guys think?  I am trying to get younger - I think I did that.  I needed another PG and had enough SG's and big men.  I am pretty happy with this.  I think Gerald is going to be a player - possibly taking many of Raja's minutes by season's end.

It was a tough trade for me, as I am moving two starters (on my team) for one guy who will start (Rip).  not to mention getting older, which was something I hoped not to do this year.

I am banking on Rip getting healthy at some point...

However, I now need to acquire a pf or c, so people can feel free to propose something...

If Rip does get healthy, this could be a big loss for me - at least for this season.  I am comfortable in the risk though, whereas I believe Blatche and Gibson will both be forces in this league for many seasons to come.  I am glad that after months of back and forth talks regarding Blatche and Gibson, we were finally able to agree on a deal.  TP

haha yea, this was certainly a long time coming.  I think we probably sent around 100+ proposals to finally get to this point.  tp

I wonder what Gibson's value will be going forward if Ty Thomas returns to the Bulls' lineup. Blatche seems to have finally arrived.

Sounds like Rip is getting close to a return. Parker is up and down lately.

I guess time will tell with this one. Seems like a pretty even swap.

I'm sure Gibson's value will drop to some extent when Ty is back, but I really think Taj will have good value going forward in the coming seasons.  When is Thomas' contract up?

If you couldn't tell by now - I am trying to get a young team together, so this fit the bill. 

Hopefully I can pull a DA and parlay a few young guys into something special at some point.  I already have KG, so I guess thats not the answer.....
