I dont know who I like this better for...I mean, Lebron's awesome (I tried to get him), but I think Flash gave up a bit to much. 

Roy + Parker = 6156.65 points last year.
Lebron + Channing Frye = 5309.65

As with all trades, I guess time will tell...
