that they haven't hired me yet...

I might be able to help you.

Details?

I haven't really applied, I want one of those moments like in the movie Eddie where I randomly become the coach or GM =) If my current career ever does get boring though, I could see going into the business side of pro sports (though I think everyone and their mother wants to do that, so it must be cutthroat)

I work in their marketing department. I started through a summer internship, worked during the school year part-time and they recently hired full time. I have only been working there for 6 months.
Alright!! Now Celticsblog has it's own "Man on the Inside"!!! Our first OFFICIAL Deli Guy!!

That's another thing I hate about the Celtics. None of the have the gumption to admit they really do read Celticsblog all the time!!! ;D

  • LETS DO IT AGAIN!
The fact that they allow Cedric Maxwell to "quack" on the radio.

When I can't make the games, I love to hear Max and the "quack"

Quackity-Quack

Quack-Quack-Quack-Quuaaaack!!!

Quack-
       Quack-
              Quack.

Quack-o-meter

That gets me laughing and fired up!
Oh man, that stuff is great. Grandy has no enthusiams like Max.
Max tells it like it is, and he has a player perspective too...
Someone get me a towel for my mouth!
Can't leave the House!
Grandy "GOT IT!" That's it.
They are a perfect tandum for the games.
I listen to them while I watch the games just like the old days with Johnny Most.
You need that commentary besides the ordinary play by play.

Scal's whiteness. Every time he gets off the bench I have to adjust the contrast on the television.

That one made me laugh out loud!
Nice topic anyway...
TP for one of the most creative posts i've seen on here for a while!

I have zero sources, again, marketing department.  I don't work along side DA, and I don't play PP one on one during my breaks.

The cheerleaders

seriously ?

Red didn't want em and neither do I.   They're fine as cheerleaders go, but I still don't want em

I will give the C's credit, they have toned it down a lot now that the team is winning.  I think a couple of games I went to last year I only saw them out there twice, Lil Phunk was actually out there more I think

Notice he didn't say he doesn't have lunch daily with Wyc and shoot 3's with Ray on his breaks Nick.  You need to read between the lines.  ;)

Thinking of how insanely good they would be had the Big 3 aligned 5 years earlier or so.

Also ties in with the anxiety of their minutes/ possibility and how prone they are to an injury.

Funny, I remember when they first came together they all openly talked about how it would have been a lot harder to share the spotlight/shots/status if it had been several years ago. That the losing and maturity that had occured over their last few seasons made them more open to coming together.

Talent wise they could have rattled off a 3-peat easy if they had any sort of team around them. But talent isn't enough, its a fun what if.
