1954?

Correct, TP

And whose idea was the shot clock?

I forget his name, but Bill Simmons wrote an entire article about the importance he played in progressing the NBA, including his biggest change - the shot clock.

Turnover questions:

Who has the most turnovers in NBA history?

Which active player has the most turnovers?

Record for most turnovers in one game?

Neither.

Though Jabbar may get  a free pass because they didn't start keeping track of turnovers until partway though his career.

Who has the most turnovers in NBA history?
John Stockton? He must have fairly large turnover totals by the end of his long career.
