Great question - I went and looked it up cause I had no idea, but it's a fitting addition to Rochester's civic history (I lived there for quite awhile)

Great question - I went and looked it up cause I had no idea, but it's a fitting addition to Rochester's civic history (I lived there for quite awhile)
