Hint: known as a defensive stopper on the wing, he was also named to 3 all-star games ni his first 6 years, but never again in his final 8. He's top 10 all time 3 pt field goals.

Did Eddie Jones make All-Star teams? That's my guess.

Very good.

Wow Eddie Jones, three-time All Star. Who knew haha

Here's another that you might like, IP:

The NBA was originally much more of a regional league.  Name 3 Central/Western New York teams that still exist in different cities.  Match each team to its current incarnation.  I'm looking both for the NY name of the team and its current name.

Correct!  Well done.  TPs to IP and RR.

Also a good trivia question - the Kings technically have an NBA title (1951), at least in the same sense the Lakers have 5 from Minneapolis.

in the last 30 years, within one year of each other, how many players have been drafted by both a basketball team, and a team from another major sport, and decided not to play basketball?

I would have to think none, with the state of rookie contracts in the NBA versus other professional sports (football especially).

Danny Ainge tried to make it with the Blue Jays first, correct?  Or do you mean guys that stuck with the other sport?

EDIT:  The Blue Jays drafted him out of high school so it's probably a moot point.  Crazy that he was playing MLB while still playing college ball.

That is teh correct answer. No player has ever spurned an NBA contract as a rookie to pursue another sport.

How many players have left the NBA and played at least one season in another professional sport?
