Prior to CelticsBlog many of us spent our time talking Celtics B-Ball in the Boston Globe Chat room. It had many chatters who are now part of CeltisBlog. I can remember when CelticBlog had just started and many of us decided to make the jump to this site. Honestly,the globe was closing the chat room and many of us were glad someone mentioned we had another place to go.

I used to go to (mostly lurk) the Globe chat.  There was also a Celtic blog site (or message board) in,  if I remember correctly, and I am not sure that I do, GeoCities.  There were some good posters in there.

One of my personal favorite sites, though not a blog  and not so active anymore, if "The Celtics Beagle".

I remember that chat room well! I was on there off and on for eight hours a day when my daughter was born. I was the original Birdwatcher, and we spent so much time on there, like maybe 15 or 20 of us, loyally anyway. I was also in the yahoo fantasy hoops league that evol started. ChizzDogg, you still out there??
