Well, I had the idea to check his number on Celtics.com's roster page after I saw an interview of BBD where Shelden was in the background, holding his jersey on which we could see number 3 so we can assume #13 is really his number.

It just seems like a strange choice for a big man.  I thought the same thing about BBD's choice of #11 but I've gotten use to that.  Whatever.

wasn't #13 the number of the georgetown kid who was drunk and drove into a crowd? delonte often injured number and pruitt never get a chance #
