Anthony Parker, brother of Candace Parker vs. Shelden Williams, husband of Candace Parker.

@I_and_I I will be wearing celtic and cav colors! It should be fun because shelden and anthony play each other the first game of the season12:13 AM Aug 8th from web in reply to I_and_I

Yeah, I warned you it was uninteresting... but someone needs to slap some sense into Candace. God forbid she speaks positively about the Lakers.

Candace Parker doesn't cheer for either team when they play one another, just for the players (Shelden/Anthony) themselves.

At least, that was her answer when Toronto played Sacramento last year ... and yes the camera man was on her incessantly ... and yes they did one of those court side interviews where she said nothing interesting at al ... and yes the announcers couldn't help themselves and brought up Candace Parker + Shelden + AP more times than the camera man did (bloody irritating by halftime).

really? i was just joking! that's pretty pathetic. i hope we don't have to put up with that opening night.
there should be enough other storylines for celts/cavs  for sac/toronto they were probably desperate.

I know it wasn't your intention, Who, but you're hysterical.  Good stuff as always.   :D

Shouldn't she be solidly on our side? Doesn't the husband trump the older brother? What kind of wife is she?  ;D

Eddie House, Mike Bibby and Mike Bibby's sister vs Anthony Parker, Candace Parker and Shelden.  I'd watch that in August on NBA TV if they aired it lol.

I wonder if Eddie's wife can ball  :D

And let's not forget Candace plays for the LA Sparks the sister team of the LA Lakers.  So we have the LA/Cleveland/Boston love triangle thing going on here.  Just like something out of Jerry Springer  :P

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Why are we talking about a WNBA player?  I don't care if she is Shelden's wife.  She is still a WNBA player!
