Sounds cool for the next Leon Powe position, but where's the proof?
Can't stop, Rondo!

Nice pickup. I wonder if this means "see ya Baby", "see ya Swifty" or if it's one of those unguaranteed deals...

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Or if its just another flier. I'd rather have Rod Benson.

Came out of no-where, but not a bad vet minimum pickup.  I think he is a good example of a guy who could really benefit from working with Clifford Ray, the same way Perk and Powe did.  His footwork, has really held him back from being a productive NBA player, but his aggressiveness and decent size (for PF) leave him with some potential.

The Cs agreed in principle to sign forward Shelden Williams, according to source. The signing will not have bearing on C interest in Davis.

Not sure of the terms of the deal, but maybe he could be shipped out quickly in a package of players. Dont know how soon players can be signed and then traded away.

Me Like it. More size always helps. Hope Davis still comes back, or get Yi for him.

Yeah, I think this is filling the "project big man" role, rather than the 4th big man spot.
