Theres no need for me to explain to you all the situation with Daniels and Glen Davis. I'm sure there have been discussions involving these teams in a three-way deal. Here is my idea:
BOS Receives:
-Marquis Daniels
-Keyon Dooling
-Roy Hibbert
BOS Trades:
-Glen Davis
-Tony Allen
-Bill Walker
-Brian Scalabrine
NJN Receives:
-Glen Davis
-Tony Allen
-Brian Scalabrine
NJN Trades:
-Josh Boone
-Keyon Dooling
-Jarvis Hayes
IND Receives:
-Jarvis Hayes
-Josh Boone
-Bill Walker
IND Trades:
-Marquis Daniels
-Roy Hibbert
The salaries match-up. I took into consideration Glen Davis' BYC exception, and New Jersey will have to use one of the trade exceptions from the Vince Carter deal (for 1.2mill or 3.7mill).
Boston gets a balanced, versatile bench, with their LLE still left in tact to possibly sign Bruce Bowen to fully complete our bench. I'm not counting on it, but just an idea. I'm a fan of Hibbert, too. He is good at defense, he's tough, and would bloom under KG, Perk, and Sheed. Idk larry bird's thoughts on him tho.
New Jersey gets a young talented scorer in BBD along with old hometown favorite Scalabrine, who has an expiring contract. Who, knows, Tony Allen might actually play well alongside a smart pg like devin harris.
Indiana gains depth when they could still possibly lose Daniels for nothing in return.
BOS Depth Chart
Rajon Rondo / Keyon Dooling / Lester Hudson
Ray Allen / Eddie House (or possibly Bowen)/ JR Giddens
Paul Pierce / Marquis Daniels
Kevin Garnett / Rasheed Wallace
Kendrick Perkins / Roy Hibbert / Swift?
