No good at all. Indiana doesn't want player's with character issues, and won't take Tony Allen. Why would they take Tony and Williams!

Can't understand Danny infatuation with Yi. Nothing he has done so far excites me. Maybe Danny knows something we don't know. Financially speaking, I can't see Jersey trading Yi now that Yao is out indefinitely. Nets have a goldmine with "potential". Its hard to replace Big Baby. It best to try work something out with Big Baby directly, and get him to re-sign.

That one has a better chance of making it happen because Ind is NOT taking TA. They want JR. I like the players we would be getting in that deal. I like Yi. SOme do not, but I think you have to look at where he will be now and 2-3 years from now. His stats are not that bad.

I think I would do this trade -- I'll admit, though, that I haven't followed the Nets players recently, so my one worry is that the Cs would be giving up decent bench help (I happen to think that TA, Scal and BBD are all decent bench players) for a solid bench player (Daniels) and two question marks (Dooling and Yi).  Is Dooling still good?  Will Yi ever be good?  The answers to those two questions determine whether I do the deal...

i like it, Yi has a lot of potential in my opinion. He has his ups and downs in the league. But hey he injured his pinkie and was recovering the remaining half of the season. Yes hes very inconsistent with his scoring, but 7'0, fast, can hit 3s like rasheed, plays ok defense. I would love to have him in Boston. Think about what he can learn from KG and Rasheed. This guy in 2-3 years will be amazing. Compare to BBD, hes taller and runs pretty quickly. Hes not gonna be a bad addition of big man like mikki moore or Patrick O'Bryant.

Trade idea number 2 is the best idea. I really want Yi. Big enough to play PF, fast enough and good enough shooter to be good SF, PLUS(not that we NEED it) he brings in China's support and fan base. That pretty much guarantees that our starting 5 becomes the East Allstar starting 5.

Also Dooling is great option at PG and some SG. Plus we FINALLY get Daniels. Great trade

I think it's either boone OR Yi for me. I'd much rather get Dooling who can play PG, SG and fills that whole for us then get back 2 PF's.

I like trade idea 2 the best, as someone said, Indiana is not willing to take back players with suspect personal reps.

I didn't pick up Dooling because I think Marbury maybe coming back.

i think it will probably be something like:

Bostons gets Daniels, Yi, Dooling and Williams
Indy gets Giddens and Pruit (who they will cut right away)
NJ  gets BBD, Scals

or at least I hope it will go down this way.
