I don't think Ron Artest is past his Prime, but KG and Camby both are. With Camby's production declining last year, the most notable being his on ball defense suffering the brunt.

I think I read something that Artest had the worst shooting percentage on jump shot 2 pointers in the entire league last year and the second worst shooting percentage shooting all 2 pointers in the league last year.

His defense, though not what it was 2-3 years ago, is still great but his offensive game has seriously slipped.

Yes, we think the 2 guard should be improved. but we would like to point out that Cook played major minutes for a Miami Heat team that made the playoffs this past year. He did so because his 3-Point shooting worked well in sets where D-Wade controlled the ball and could drive and kick. We think pairing him with TP should have the same effect, especially with a SF like Rudy on the opposite Wing. but yeah, he's not exactly controlling our team's future.

Granted, we're not particularly physical,but we're tough for a finesse team.

I think is has playoff and championship material now and in the future

I don't like having both Dalembert and Thabeet.  They can't play together.  And for Thabeet to pay off in the long run, he needs time to play.  

Dalembert can make free throws at an 80% clip that's about all he is good for now these days, plus the occasionaly block.  I think you're very weak with your front court.  Harrington is not known for defense and Thabeet and Dal can be pushed around.  Plus you have 2 rookies for your starting PG slot, which is not good for a win now team.  Love your wings though.

I think Dalembert and Thabeet will be able to score enough points for me with the penetrauon of both roy and hedo they should be able to clean up the glass and get about 10-15 dirty points a night. Harrington will be able use to spread the floor for hedo and roy to penetrate. Flynn will pick up right where he left off at su and Jennings will be good too. My team is built for both the win now and in the future with both young and old talent alike.

Its just a strange makeup. Flynn and Jennings are gonna learn to play point from each other, and Thabeet is gonna learn to play center from Samuel Dalembert? The same guy that the Canadians kicks off their national team because he was such a jerk? The Canadians!

I dont see Ron being a problem in that Regard, we have one of the best passing pointguards in the league for running a half court offense as well as one of the best passing big men in the league.  I think with those two running the show, Ron will be set up for good looks and otherwise dish the ball off.  There really is no need for Ron to be too creative in this offense with our distribution potential.   And I know that Miller isnt a 3 point shooter but he is an efficient scoring threat.

IP defense wins championships, his offense might not be that great but his defense is probably better than the Celtics had their championship year.

Which is what I am saying, With Garnett and Millers passing we think that we will get him the ball plenty and create opportunities for him.  We want the ball to get around to Ron but we don't want him creating his own shot too often, that is why we have a great passing PG and Big man.
