Regarding egos, I think we tried to draft a team that was relatively headache free. Most of them have accepted a cut back in their minutes in "real life" without complaint. At this point, all of them are pulling toward the same goal: a ring.
Ya I think ego's is really stretching for something with the crotornats. Like Roy said, all these guys have been pretty much model citizens in "real life" and all of their guys are used to not being the main man either for their whole careers (Bibby, Manu, Lewis) or now due to injuries and decline (the O'Neal brothers). Michael Redd is just a classy dude, and the rest of the team is used to and seems accepting of coming off the bench in real life. It would be one thing if they had any two of Amare/Boozer/Josh Smith/Zack Randolph/Beasley at the PF, or something like Vince Carter/Arenas/Ben Gordon/Mayo battling for minutes at the 2, guys who we've never really seen accept a lesser role, or guys who think they should be the main man, etc. The crotornats have a team of lesser stars that should blend well togther. Now I don't see a problem with ego's, but I do see problem come playoff time when teams normally drop to an 8 man rotation. A couple of people aren't going to get ANY playing time and that could be an issue (although probably a slight one as it has been said most of these guys are real life model citizens).
