I can confirm that neitherr edgar or maestro edited the order of their teams. Not sure what happened with darklord so i won't comment. It's just a Shane that people want more voters but two of the more respected posters on CB vote and their are immediate callsfor disqualification. None of the votes effect the bulls but I hope that we get more CBers to vote on the coming rounds.

Nobody is making "immediate callsfor disqualification".  What we're doing is discussing whether the unofficial results listed are going to be the official ones.  Since Dons was fairly clear, a few of us are speculating about what he's going to do.
Well, if that's the case I guess I'll have no further comment until the final official results are in.

Which is going to be when? Does anyone know for sure?

Hey no biggie I wasnt trying to start anything.  And as i said, it is a bummer that you didnt vote in the west, i truly am sorry if your experience in the east discouraged you from voting in the west because as i said, they had alot less votes.  And im trying to be completely peaceful here no ill-will meant in that.

Which on that note I agree with nick that we next year we should not have voting on a friday night, i feel like if it were on a weekday there may have been some more action.

No idea.  I'd say Dons is gone for tonight, at least; he's been out since yesterday afternoon.  No idea when official results will be announced, when the playoffs will start, the format, etc.

Okay, a mod, knowingly, went into his vote and edited it and because of that there's a chance that not only that vote will be disallowed although there is some question as to whether the order of the vote was even changed, but also because DL's vote got thrown out because he put one team out of order at the bottom of the vote, the Boxers might lose several important points that might cost them a playoff spot?

And people in the West are talking about getting screwed because they were voted 7th instead of 5th?

haha, what the frick is going on? do we really have a tie for 8th right now?

You've got a tough potential path to the Finals, IP.  You better start your write ups now! (Although the Seattle one is pretty much done, I imagine.)

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
On vacation without much internet access right now, but I'll chime in regarding a possible scandal.  I'll respect whatever decision Dons comes to - if I lost, I lost, and Nick clearly outworked me, regardless of what I think about our teams.  I'm looking forward to the future aspects of this game as well, so losing here isn't the end of the world.

On the other hand - In the event of a CLE/WAS tie, I suggest a vote off next week - we each present our cases, a survey/poll is laid out, and people vote.  It seems like the best option to me, as long as it doesn't affect playoff scheduling, and probably more effective than the "who got the most #1/2/3 votes?" idea).  That seems like a fair way to settle it, if, in fact, we're even at the end of everything (Oh, the drama...)

I won't be able to post much, but I can lurk to an extent due to my phone, so I'll be reading when I get the chance (not often).  Here's to everyone, and the hopeful resolution to a fun game.

And more drama.

CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Seattle is a formidable opponent. I look forward to seeing how it goes.

Utah will be a tough battle and then I get Seattle or Phoenix if I win, what was the reward for finishing first in the West again?
