I would be MORE than willing to trade BBD on a larger contract to get capt Jack.

BOS sends Scalabrine, Pruitt and trade exception/cash to IND for Daniels
BOS sends Tony Allen, Walker, trade exc/$, and BBD(5.5m) to GSW for SJack

Daniels would get his money ( 5- 6.25m) Daniels/House/&SJack could share the role(or fight over it) as backup pg

Rondo, House, Hudson/Lofton
Ray, Daniels, Giddens
Pierce, Jackson
KG, Powe, Free Agent(Drew Gooden, Stromile Swift NOT Robert Swift)
Perk, Sheed, Mikki
Can't stop, Rondo!

Cons - Contract. Makes too many flashy passes. Always looks to take a 3

I don't understand why people criticize Jackson's contract.  I've read that he has a bad contract at least a half dozen times on this board, and I never quite get it.  Sure, he's signed for four years, but he's only getting paid roughly $8.5 million per season.  I think that's very reasonable for what Jackson brings to the table.

2678th TP for what I've always thought as well. I put "contract" as a Con b/c Ainge doesn't seem to want to pay bench players more than the MLE and many bloggers here have complained about his contract. The guy could easily earn 10-12 per year or more on another team had his contract had some ETO options in it. I hope Ainge is really looking at all his options and could make something like this happen...

I think they mean the contract is bad for this team - it is challenging to pay a bench guy $8.5 million when you have three starters making $56 million.
"All I have to know is, he's my coach, and I follow his lead. He didn't have to say anything in here this week. We all knew what we had to do. He's a big part of our family, and we're like his extended family. And we did what good families do when one of their own is affected." - Teddy Bruschi

I think I'd rather have Brandan Wright than Bellinelli, honestly.  I'm still intrigued by his potential.

I'm surprised to hear you say that because Wright is a huge bust; he doesn't play hard, and he doesn't understand the game. There is a reason why he is in Nelson's "doghouse." As far as I am concerned, Wright has about as much "potential" as Gerald Green does. And this is being said from someone who has seen a good deal of Warriors games.

I like them both.  But I have always been a big Belinelli fan.  I think he is going to have a long career in the NBA, once he gets out of Nelly's doghouse.  I think he is the second coming of Brent Barry.
