I haven't seen anyone mention this yet. The Pacers just recently signed Dahntay Jones at 4 years 11 mil. Why not just re-sign Daniels at roughly the same price since he will be making less with us. I think Daniels is an upgrade over Jones. Makes you think well maybe there was something going on internally that the Pacers didn't like or that Daniels just really wanted to play for a winner. I hope it's the latter.

I hope it's the latter. yeah, i agree. not sure why they want jones, who if i remember right was known for being arrogant, when they already had daniels. most people would say, and i think the numbers would show, daniels has been the better player. so it does make you wonder what larry is doing - unless he's just trying to help the celtics like mchale did
