sorry...i just dont get the hype around bill walker other than he can dunk in garbage time. i just don't see him as the main back up to PP..if he is...boston is in trouble

Bogans ~

Things he does: play phsyical defense, shoot pretty well, protect the ball, rebound a bit, pretend to be Bruce Bowen but without all the chippiness.

Things he doesn't do: turn the ball over, drive to the basket any more (thank god because he sucked at it), go outside his role, complain, cost a lot of dough.

Sign the guy.

Don't know, I just do.

I watched Bogans for years throughout his UK career.  He's a hard worker, good teammate, not gonna do anything that will surprise you, but is solid. 

He seems to be genuinely a nice guy, any smugness or attitude you've picked up has to be a byproduct of him trying to play good tough defense... i suppose...

I think Udoka is the guy Ainge is targeting. I remember him saying 2 years ago after signing Posey that Udoka was a very similar player: Good outside-shot and defense.

both udoka and bogans would be an upgrade on the boston bench. the wing is very important to the success of the C's...PP has to be able to get legit rest and his back up has to contribute on both ends of the court

The main benefit of Udoka is he's already worked in a heavy defensive system, so would fit right in.
