Also, my roster is at 13... I clearly picked a horrible time for a first time GM to go on vacation. I'm fairly sure I'm not allowed to sign anyone else today, so am I stuck at 13 barring a stupid trade for depth?

Will I be penalized for having 13?

No you can have 12-15 players And I havent been able to find anything that says you can only pick up one player a day
