Another update on Gilbert

Update: Arenas has been working hard this summer to get in shape for the 2009-10 season, the Washington Post reports.
Analysis: Apparently Arenas is in excellent shape and has already lost 20 pounds this off-season. In addition, two days after the Wizards hired Flip Saunders as coach, Arenas held an individual workout with him. The workout was part bonding exercise and part showing the new coach what he's got. So far, these are very positive signs for prospective Arenas owners next season.

Central and Pacific Division jump out to the early lead, for me, in regards to competitiveness.

Of course, that's subject to change.  We're nearing the "make or break" rounds of the draft; roleplayers.  Very important component of this exercise.

Bulls are open to move their 3rd rounder for the right offer. Need a later 3rd or a 4th to start...

Looks like you're only convincing yourself.  Gilbert might rise in value at the all-star break vote.

All reports are Gilbert is fine.  Find me one that says he wont be ready from a reasonable source

However I can see where you would be scared, I would be too thinking about putting Melo and Bynum up against Gilbert and KG
