So I'm getting hated on for my reach of a pick, and the you tube video that I put up temporarily.

Was my grammar OK?

So I'm getting hated on for my reach of a pick . . .

Don't let stuff like that stress you out.  One of the goals of this whole exercise is to outsmart others, and to prove that you know more about draft value than they do.  Critiques are part of the process.

The Utah Jazz select Chauncey Billups

very nice pick.

Billups should have been in Top 5 for MVP last year, IMHO.

I was only kidding, I like the pick a lot. He was far and away the best big left on my board. There's better players available, but I think I'd be better off with Alridge and the 5th best SG available then Best player available + 5th best big.

Also looking to get another pick in the second. Willing to offer 3rd and a 5th.

The only downside with Billups is his age.  Everything else is excellent.

Time to go for the only 'Swing for the Fences" player left.

This pick could be absolutely brilliant, or you could be the leading contender for the "worst pick in the first round" award.
