If Davis leaves, trade idea to get a 4th big man (OK City)

I'd rather be in a position to sign Ray Allen to a discounted contract AND not have to pay a dollar for dollar tax because we made a shortsighted deal to get Nick Collison.

I don't think Collison is worth moving these contracts for this early.  I think it is much smarter to get Powe and/or Swift (or another summer league big man) on the roster and see if they can play at all.  If they can't, there will be players to sign, players to claim off waivers, or players to be had for cheaper come mid season.

That would be the route I take.
